This guys is Norwegian.  Isn’t that cute?!  Norwegian guy with loop pedals and a nice voice, just makes me want to pinch his cheeks and eat pickled herring with him.

Probably about 10 or 12 years ago both Howie Day and Marc Broussard were up and coming singer songwriters in the US, and this guy seems like a total combination of the two of them, but with way cooler hair. I will even prove this combination by posting first a really old Howie Day video of him looping. Then a video of Marc Broussard singing like he does. And then, our Norwegian pal, Bernhoft, combining their styles.

Howie Day, Live at a really cool place in LA that no longer exists. I was at this show, but did not film this because Flip Cameras and video cell phones did not exist at the time.

Marc Broussard (who usually plays guitar, though he isn’t in this song for some reason) has never made a Great album, but his live shows are hard to beat. The emotion he puts into each performance, combined with his killer Louisiana style and voice, makes him awesome, but sadly unfamous.
