I don’t think i’ve ever seen a music video that captured the insane energy of the artist it was for so well in my life.
Andrew WK is one of the most entertaining and action packed crazy performers of all time. I still have a scar on my right shin from a show of his at USC when I was smashed against the top corner of the stage as I tried to get on it to rock with him. I made it on the stage and ended up getting hit in the face with the head of his lead guitarist’s guitar. Rad.

Andrew WK, the guy known for the song Party Hard and for the fact that he decided that the fake blood they were using for his album cover didn’t look real so he broke his own nose just for the photoshoot, is now doing a small tour with a string quartet. In fact, they’re playing in LA tonight and I’m struggling with the thought of going to see it. The last time I saw Andrew play was at a college show while I was at USC. During one of the songs a few of us rushed onto the stage. On my way up my shin got smashed into something or other and i still have a small scar from it and then once I got onto the stage I was hit in the face with the head of a guitar. Good times!
